CLEARGUARD PLUS®

ClearGuard Plus® provides a durable, clear protective barrier against oil, water, oil-based dirt, and water-based dirt. Utilizing state of the art technology, this coating is effective for unpainted masonry. ClearGuard Plus® is easy to apply and doesn’t require specialized equipment. Being solvent free, ClearGuard Plus® is safe to work with, and does not emit harmful fumes or odor.

    Application Guidelines

    Surface Preparation - Remove debris, dirt, oil and other latience from substrate by powerwashing and mechanical scraping. Repair any damaged mortar and fill all cracks with appropriate filling material.

    Application - Stir ClearGuard Plus® well before use. Apply by brush or low-pressure (pump-up) sprayer. Apply in wet-on-wet fashion allowing product to run down surface approximately 12 inches. Curing time: 72 hours.

    Coverage - Coverage may vary between 80-400 square feet per gallon depending on porosity of the substrate.
