CleanAct Rinseable Primer is a water based rinseable primer used directly on EPDM rubber roof applications to prepare the rubber substrate for acceptance of the PremiumCoat System.

Deep cleans the rubber by removing dirt, grit, talc and oxidation with very little effort.

Surface Preparation:
Mechanically remove laitance, grease or other contamination by blowing or sweeping.
Application:
- CleanAct Rinseable Primer comes ready to use. Apply primer by pump-up garden sprayer at 15 psi. One coat is all that is needed.
- Allow CleanAct Rinseable Primer to remain on the rubber surface for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, pressure wash with a minimum of 2000 psi. This is a dirty water flushing.
- Once the power washing has been done, power wash a second time. This is a clean water rinse.
Coverage may vary due to surface condition of substrate. Average coverage is approximately 150-200 square feet per gallon.
Thoroughly rinse application equipment with clean water.

For specific information regarding safe handling of this material please refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). CleanAct Primer is a water-based, and environmentally friendly product providing the customer with a high performance EPDM primer.
Storage & Shelf Life:
CleanAct Primer has a shelf-life of nine (9) months provided it is stored in tightly closed containers and protected from sunlight and stored at temperatures between 32º F (0C) and 100º F ((38C).
