SureBond Primer is a water based pure Acrylic primer used for sealing all types of masonry, metal, and chalky surfaces for painting and sealing.

Application Specifics:
Surface Preparation:Power wash and clean to remove all loose debris, dust, and dirt from area that is to receive primer.
Application:SureBond Primer comes ready to use. Can be applied by brush, roller, or sprayer. Apply product in a single coat and allow to dry prior to over coating with other products. Dry time may vary due to substrate and environmental conditions. However, average dry time is 1-4 hours.
Coverage:
Coverage may vary due to porosity of substrate. However, average is 250-400 square feet per gallon.
- Stucco: 250 sf/gal
- Painted Surfaces: 400 sf/gal
- Wood: 300 sf/gal
Storage & Shelf Life:
SureBond Primer has a shelf-life of 12 months provided it is stored in tightly closed containers and protected from sunlight and stored at temperatures between 32º F (0C) and 100º F ((38C). Product older than 9 months can be used if it is found to pass relevant quality controls.

It is designed to reduce the output of VOC’s while providing a superior foundation for the PremiumCoat system and other coatings.
